Silicone Encapsulating and Potting - 1 and 2 part products
This group also includes the products contained in the Silicone Gel Group.
Encapsulating and potting products generally cure to a higher durometer than do the gels.
Neutral cure means that there are no by-products to contaminate or corrode the components being secured; particularly applicable to electronic components.
Some of these components are self levelling and deep section cure - and are appropriate for potting plastic and metal enclosures containing electronics or wiring.
