How to Order Products
CREDIT CARD BY PHONE
Call our order desk to place your order using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) Credit Cards are processed through STRIPE for your security and are not stored by us. Credit card fees are 2.75% for Visa and MasterCard; 3.25% for American Express. You can avoid credit card fees by paying with a check, bank draft, wire transfer, ACH, or approved credit terms.
PURCHASE ORDER
Issue a Purchase Order by fax or email. For purchase orders being paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express, you may include the complete cardnumber, expiry date, and name on the card on the PO, or call us with the card details.
If you do not have an already established account with our company please also send us your standard trade credit reference sheet.
PayPal
Call us or send us an email listing the items you wish to order. We will send a PayPal Payment Request to your E-mail address.
Fees that may apply to your order
· Packaging Fees. Cutting Room Fee. There are a number of shipping fees that may be applicable to your order: they will be shown on your order confirmation. Those fees may include a Box and Tape fee (from $3.00 to $13.00 depending on the size of the box), a Spool or Pallet fee, or a fee for special packaging such as for Graphite Sheet or for Hazardous Shipments.
A Cutting Room Fee of $5.00 applies to all materials that are cut to length from bulk rolls or spools.
· Shipping Methods and Charges. We offer various shipping methods including UPS, FEDEX, USPS (United States Postal Service) and Truck Carrier. All shipping costs are extra. All shipments are sent uninsured by default - if you require insurance on your shipment please note such at time of ordering and a note will be added to the sales order confirmation. All claims for damage or loss must be made with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
On-line Shopping Cart E-commerce Orders Placed On This Website
For on-line shopping cart orders paid by credit card, wire transfer, check, bank draft or PO number, our shopping cart works like this:
Our e-commerce shopping cart will allow you to select items and complete an order - we will process your order and then determine the shipping costs from the final weight and dimension. For credit card orders and for customers with an existing account with us who issue a PO number, the order can usually ship same day if you complete the on-line order process by 2pm Eastern Time.
If the destination address is in New York state then sales tax will apply unless you supply us with a completed ST-120 tax exempt form (click here for official form) or already have one on file with us. For Canadian orders, HST applies in Ontario and GST applies for all other provinces. Orders outside of the USA and Canada have no taxes applied.
If you choose credit card payment during the on-line order process we will contact you to take payment once the order is finalized. If paying by check or bank draft or money order we will email you the final invoice once the order is finalized. For overseas orders you will receive wire transfer details.
Your order will ship once we receive payment.

Other special fees may apply to special handling or packaging requirements.
